2. No Affiliation with UWL
LAXGRADES is an independent, student-run project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse or any of its departments, faculty, or staff. All grade data displayed is sourced from publicly available records.
3. Eligibility
LAXGRADES is intended for use by current and former UWL students and staff. An active @uwlax.edu email address is required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. User-Submitted Reviews
Reviews submitted on LAXGRADES represent the personal opinions of the individual users who posted them. By submitting a review, you agree that:
- Your content is honest and based on your genuine experience
- You will not submit false, defamatory, or harassing content
- LAXGRADES reserves the right to remove any review that violates these terms
- You grant LAXGRADES a non-exclusive license to display your review on the platform
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to register with a fake or borrowed @uwlax.edu email address
- Scrape, copy, or reproduce data from LAXGRADES in bulk without permission
- Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other individuals
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
6. Data Accuracy
LAXGRADES makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of grade data. This data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for academic decisions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
LAXGRADES is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAXGRADES and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
